Planner FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you do training after the event?+
Of course! An event is often a great kickoff point toward deeper work. We can discuss a package that includes a keynote and follow-up training.
Lab 90–120 Leaders-only Q&A Team handout
Do you do Fireside Chats?+
I do—and I love them. Between keynoting, my book, and podcasting, I’ve encountered most questions that come up in different contexts, so I’m happy to sit with your people and answer whatever pops up.
Do you offer Executive / 1:1 Coaching?+
Yes. Helping leaders through burnout is my thing. The trickle-down effect matters—burnt-out leaders can burn out teams (it’s contagious). Leaders often feel alone; a coach who ā€œgets itā€ can protect their health and save the company the cost of replacement and the attrition that follows. Sarah Vosen, our Director of Coaching also offers 1:1 coaching and small group coaching for your teams. Those options can be found here: https://caitdonovan.com/coaching
Will you… come early / mingle / make a video / promo on social, etc.?+
In short… yes. Part of my job is to be with participants—on stage and off. If you want a VIP lunch, mix-and-mingle, book signing, breakout after the keynote, follow-up Zoom, fireside chat, etc.—I’m in.
Can you provide previous feedback?+
Yes, and I’d love to. Thousands of people have filled in my feedback forms. You can browse events from Feb ’23 through now here: See Audience Feedback.
Can you provide referrals?+
Sure! Tell me how many you need and I’ll send them your way.
Are you available on / what is your fee?+
Please book a call to chat Book Cait. If I’m booked, I may be able to recommend a trusted speaker.
Do you have handouts?+
Almost always. Each keynote includes handouts that can be given at the end with my feedback form, or pre-session if you prefer them printed.
I don’t see the exact topic I want—can you customize?+
Yes! I have additional angles on these topics and can combine elements to meet your goals—especially for labs and leadership sessions.
Can you speak to (insert group / country / etc. here)?+
Most likely yes. As a former practitioner of Chinese medicine I worked across professions internationally. I speak three languages (English, Polish, Czech) and have lived in four countries. Since 2019, I’ve spoken to nonprofits, women leaders, realtors, dentists and dental-adjacent groups, Fortune 500s, and more.
