Sarah Vosen, L.Ac.

Sarah has been doing that for 20+ years. She is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, with a 4-year Masterâs degree in Chinese Medicine from AIMC Berkeley.
Before becoming the Director of Coaching at BurnBOLD⢠and co-host of FRIED: The Burnout Podcast, Sarah spent years teaching AcroYoga, Thai Massage, and the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine. Committed to honoring the connection of body, mind, and spiritâwhile focused on playfully exploring trust within self and communityâSarah has a gift for translating the complex science of the nervous system into moments of deep relief, clarity, and forward movement.
